What is the fastest way to reach Nick?

Do I have to visit the office in person?

No. Almost everything runs by phone, video call, screen share and WhatsApp, with documents uploaded through a secure portal. The office at 1320 Carling Avenue, Suite 205 is there if you would rather sit down face to face, but plenty of clients across Ottawa never need to drive over.

What does it cost to contact Nick or get advice?

Nothing. There is no fee for my service. I am a licensed Mortgage Agent working under Referral Mortgages Inc., and I am paid by the lender your mortgage funds with, so the first call, the comparisons and the paperwork all come at no charge to you.

When can I expect a reply?

Send a message any time, day or night. Replies are fastest during the day, where no message sits longer than about 30 minutes, and anything that comes in late is picked up early the next morning. If your file is active, Nick updates you every single day it is moving.
